Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Engineer to join our team on oil-field projects.Job responsibilities are:- Drain the hydraulic fluid from hydraulic system.
- Removal of the telescopic gangway with the use of the crane.
- Removal the lifting cylinders and turnable platform.
- Installation of sliding cylinder.
- Installation of the lifting cylinders on the turnable platform and reassembled.
- Lifting of gangway back in position and connecting into the turnable platform.
- Lowering the lifting cylinders towards the cylinder brackets and connect the cylinder pins.
- Thorough checking of all hydraulic connections.
- Deflating of the hydraulic system and testing the movements of the gangway.
- Installation of hoses on the gangway.
- Pin disconnection that locks the sliding cylinder.
- Constant checking of the gangway electrical connections.
- Installation of gangway hydraulic hoses and maintenance.
- Gangway removal.
- Gangway hydraulic testing and commissioning.

General Requirements
- Minimum BSc. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience in engineering, specifically hydraulic engineering.
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in hydraulic engineering, such as AutoCAD.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry is an added advantage.
