Responsibilities

The incumbent will have the following ....

Job Responsibilities

  • To develop and execute all internal and external communication strategy and creative content delivery, working with the relevant Departments, Platforms & Products.
  • Working  with  all  relevant  departments  to  ensure  the synchronization of all communications and platforms using all available channels:Television, Churches,Online, Email, SMS, Letters, Magazine, LoveWorld News, Video, Website, Mobile App, Social Media especially KC, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, You tube, KingsChat Blast and other forms of social media.
  • Working  with  all  relevant  departments  to  ensure  the synchronization of all communications and platforms create increased brand affinity for specific, products/services or projects.
  • Creating  content as tools to promote the achievement of the quantity, income, partnership & subscription targets e.g. websites, brochures, multimedia presentations, banners etc.
  • Provide media, strategic communications and graphics support to ensure the achievement of the set targets of the above mentioned.
  • Development & Production of New Programs.

Minimum: B.Sc/B.A
Experience: 3-5 year(s)

General Requirements

Minimum Qualification/ Experience

  • Minimum of a relevant University Degree.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role within a top flight creative agency.
  • Adept with all forms of social media and platforms, including: Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
  • MS Office Suite.
  • Mac and Windows environments.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Good knowledge of disruptive brand positioning/integrated marketing communications.
  • Good knowledge of project management, including event management, sponsorships and conferences
  • Good grasp of digital and social media trends and their impacts across specific and generic markets.
  • Good understanding of brand equity, digital and social media measurement metrics.
  • Working knowledge of developing creative designs.
  • Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context.
  • Exceptional creative flair and an innovative approach to all design projects.
  • Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relations and attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills because most projects require input from individuals with different roles.
