- To create effective marketing communication designs and graphics solutions for the Partners, Platforms & Departmental Objectives in order to create 100% Top-of-Mind- Awareness to ensure the achievement of ALL outlined objectives within the stipulated timeline.
- Directly produces fresh, creative & innovative designs for Partnership Engagement; some of which are: Now Available Designs, Birthday Designs, Anniversary Designs, Customized designs engaging the Partners in the different Chapters, Acknowledgement E-cards for Payment for Adopt A Language and other Special Projects,Customized Banners, Envelops, Sign-up form, Flyer, Banner, T-shirt.
- Directly produces fresh, creative and innovative graphic designs for the Platforms & Departmental Objectives, ensuring that designs meet requirements of the briefs provided in order to create a Top-of-Mind-Awareness and to increase partnership.

General Requirements
Minimum Qualification/ Experience
- Minimum of a relevant University Degree
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience
Knowledge/Skills
- Proven graphic designing experience.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Adept with all forms of social media and platforms, including: Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
- Proficient at MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
