TAG Energy is an integrated service company offering a comprehensive range of oilfield products and support services in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry.


1.    Initiate and engage in outbound sales activities to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

2.     Handle incoming inquiries and respond promptly to customer queries, providing accurate information about products or services.

3.    Identify customer needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet their requirements.

4.     Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.

5.    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and providing ongoing support.

6.     Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and forecast future sales.

7.    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer experience.

8.    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.

9.    Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.

10.  Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and provide regular updates to sales management.

General Requirements

1.     Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.

2.     Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.

3.     Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to influence customers and close sales deals.

4.     Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-motivate, and manage time effectively.

5.     Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

6.     Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

7.     Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

8.     Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
