Responsibilities
· Research and identify relevant tenders, RFPs, and opportunities aligned with business objectives.
· Develop and implement effective bid strategies and win themes in collaboration with Sales and Technical teams.
· Coordinate tender planning, scheduling, budgeting, and timeline adherence.
· Lead the proposal development process including content writing, editing, and final compilation.
· Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant proposals.
· Mitigate risks associated with proposals and maintain a bid risk register.
· Ensure quality and consistency across all submissions; conduct compliance checks prior to finalization.
· Submit completed proposals within deadline and confirm receipt with client.
· Maintain detailed records and conduct post-submission reviews to identify improvements.
· Coordinate regular tender review meetings with internal stakeholders.
· Maintain up-to-date tender tracking logs, dashboards, and progress reports.
· Develop and refine internal processes and templates to enhance tendering efficiency.
· Ensure strict compliance with QHSE standards during bid and operational processes.
· Promote safety, environmental care, and quality across all team operations.

General Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Tender Management, Proposal Writing, or relevant role in Oil & Gas.
· Must be an Angolan citizen
· Must be bi-lingual (English & Portuguese)
· Deep understanding of tendering, RFPs, and commercial procurement cycles.
· Industry-specific knowledge, particularly in Oil & Gas.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio).
Proficiency in CRM and document management platforms.
