Responsibilities

    • Plan and deliver well-structured mathematics lessons that align with the approved curriculum.
    • Prepare lesson notes, teaching materials, and assessments to support student learning.
    • Evaluate and record students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
    • Provide additional academic support to students who need extra help in understanding key concepts.
    • Encourage student participation and engagement through interactive and creative teaching methods.
    • Maintain an organized and conducive classroom environment for effective learning.
    • Collaborate with other teachers and P4W Management to improve teaching methods and learning outcomes.
    • Prepare and submit lesson plans, reports, and records as required.
    • Uphold discipline, punctuality, and professional ethics in the classroom and school environment.
    • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and foundation events as required.

    General Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related discipline.
    • At least 3 years of proven teaching experience in mathematics at the primary or secondary school level.
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
    • Proficiency in using teaching aids and digital learning tools.
    • Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • A passion for education and student development.
    • Knowledge of current teaching methodologies and assessment techniques.
