Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver well-structured mathematics lessons that align with the approved curriculum.
- Prepare lesson notes, teaching materials, and assessments to support student learning.
- Evaluate and record students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide additional academic support to students who need extra help in understanding key concepts.
- Encourage student participation and engagement through interactive and creative teaching methods.
- Maintain an organized and conducive classroom environment for effective learning.
- Collaborate with other teachers and P4W Management to improve teaching methods and learning outcomes.
- Prepare and submit lesson plans, reports, and records as required.
- Uphold discipline, punctuality, and professional ethics in the classroom and school environment.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and foundation events as required.

General Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven teaching experience in mathematics at the primary or secondary school level.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in using teaching aids and digital learning tools.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and student development.
- Knowledge of current teaching methodologies and assessment techniques.
