Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English Language lessons aligned with the approved curriculum.

• Develop lesson notes, instructional materials, and assessments that promote literacy and language development.

• Evaluate and track students’ performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.

• Support students in improving grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and reading comprehension.

• Encourage active participation through discussions, reading exercises, and creative writing activities.

• Maintain an orderly, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Provide feedback and guidance to help students reach their full potential.

• Collaborate with the foundation to enhance teaching strategies and curriculum delivery.

• Prepare and submit lesson plans, progress reports, and academic records as required.

• Uphold discipline, professionalism, and ethical conduct within and outside the classroom.

• Participate in meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities.

Minimum: B.Sc/B.A Experience: 3-5 year(s)

Location: Kobape, Ogun State Job Type: Contract

Salary: 100,000 Expires: 31-12-2025

General Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of teaching experience in English Language at the primary or secondary school level.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Ability to engage students through interactive and creative teaching methods.

• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms.

• A passion for language development and student growth.
