- - Supervise daily operations across the pump, mechanical seal, and machine shop, ensuring effective workflow and timely completion of assigned jobs.
- - Prepare daily operational reports, weekly work plans, and repair schedules based on operational priorities.
- - Coordinate repair priorities and allocate manpower, equipment, tools, and materials to optimize shop productivity.
- - Oversee the inspection, dismantling, repair, assembly, testing, hydrotesting, and overhaul of pumps and mechanical seals in accordance with OEM specifications and approved procedures.
- - Review and validate pump repair reports, inspection records, hydrotest certificates, and other technical documentation.
- - Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, ISO 9001 requirements, OEM standards, and approved work instructions.
- - Monitor and update JDE-E1/CMMS records, including work orders, equipment history, job status, and maintenance activities.
- - Raise and monitor material requisitions and coordinate with Warehouse/Procurement to ensure timely availability of required spares and materials.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in pump, mechanical seal, rotating equipment, or machine shop repair and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of centrifugal/positive displacement pumps, mechanical seals, and rotating equipment repair and overhaul.
- Good understanding of OEM standards, repair procedures, inspection, testing, and hydrotesting requirements.
- Working knowledge of QA/QC systems and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Proficiency in JDE-E1, CMMS, or equivalent maintenance management systems.
- Knowledge of warehouse, materials management, inventory control, and spare-parts processes.
- Strong understanding of HSE requirements, PTW, JSA, risk assessment, and safe workshop practices.
- Experience in contractor supervision and workforce coordination.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, repair procedures, inspection reports, and equipment specifications.
- Strong leadership, planning, reporting, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
