As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial part in enhancing efficiency, driving strategic decision-making, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in operations analysis within the oil and gas industry, who is adept at problem-solving and possesses a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in offshore service delivery.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including offshore operations, logistics, and QHSE, to gather information and implement solutions.
- Support the planning and execution of offshore operational activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in forecasting operational needs, including resource allocation, equipment, and personnel for offshore engagements.
- Monitor industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to offshore oil and gas operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures for enhanced performance.
