Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Employer Services Manager to join our Lagos-based team. In this crucial role, you will be the primary point of contact for our employer clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform, remain engaged, and continuously find success in posting their roles with us.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Seamlessly onboard new employer clients, guiding them through platform features and best practices.
  • Proactively manage active job postings, monitor candidate submissions, and facilitate effective employer-candidate interactions.
  • Systematically collect employer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall employer experience.
  • Strategize and execute renewal and upsell initiatives to foster long-term client loyalty and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with product development and operations teams to translate employer needs into platform enhancements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze employer engagement data to identify trends and opportunities for proactive support.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated experience within the Human Resources technology (HR-tech) or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industries is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with a track record of building and nurturing strong client partnerships.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, with the ability to identify and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong data literacy and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret usage data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing client renewals and identifying opportunities for upselling services.
  • A proactive and client-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and employer branding strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
