We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Lagos. Job Responsibilities
- - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions across the Enabledjobs App and other digital product development projects.
- - Guide the team in adhering to Scrum principles and Agile best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery across all application projects.
- - Work closely with the Web Developer and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the product backlogs are well-defined, properly prioritized, and actionable for current and future applications.
- - Monitor sprint progress and track key performance metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint completion rate, and release readiness across multiple app development initiatives.
- - Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation strategies promptly to prevent delays.
- - Ensure alignment between development activities and the overall app launch timelines for the Enabledjobs App and other digital products developed by the organization.
- - Support cross-functional coordination between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- - Prepare and present weekly project status updates, performance insights, and risk assessments to management.
- - Encourage continuous feedback, collaboration, and performance improvement within the team.
- - Ensure proper documentation of sprint outcomes, lessons learned, and process improvements.
- - Support release planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness activities for the Enabledjobs App and subsequent digital products developed by the organization.
