Job Title: Sampling & Data Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Lagos & Ibadan (with occasional remote work requirements).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly sample draws in line with approved sampling approach and coverage targets.
- Maintain and manage the respondent database, recontact pool, and replenishment frame.
- Track panel attrition, identify duplicate risks, monitor non-contact patterns, and address subgroup under-coverage.
- Produce accurate weighting inputs and comprehensive documentation for the analyst team.
- Ensure stable variable structures, consistent coding conventions, and robust version control across all data waves.
- Proactively flag sample imbalances during live fieldwork to enable timely operational correction.
