User Conduct & Fraud Prevention
Identity & Integrity
You will not impersonate another person, or his or her email address, or misrepresent your current or former affiliation with an employer. You will not create user accounts under false identity or for fraudulent purposes.
Account Usage
You will not create or use an account for anyone other than yourself, or create multiple active user accounts in order to increase your chances of being shortlisted.
Prohibited Content: You are not allowed to post content that is defamatory, libellous, which you know be false or misleading; or that does not reflect your honest opinion and experience. You must not post anything pornographic or sexually explicit in nature.
Third Party Rights: You must not violate the privacy, publicity, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third-party.
Technical Restrictions & IP
- 01 You must not introduce software or automated applications to EnabledJobs to produce multiple accounts or generate automated messages.
- 02 You must not strip or mine data from EnabledJobs without our express written permission and consent.
- 03 You must not sell, resell, rent, lease, or otherwise monetize access to EnabledJobs content (excluding your own).
- 04 Interfering with, disrupting, modifying, or reverse engineering any functionality of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Provisions for Employers
When posting jobs on EnabledJobs, you may not post any advertisement that:
Legal Compliance
Must conform to material laws regarding employment eligibility, information security, and intellectual property.
Prohibited Schemes
Requires application fees, periodic payments, or resembles multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or "club memberships".
Discrimination Policy
Discriminates against applicants based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, age, or disability as prohibited by applicable law.
Consequences of Violation
Going against these terms will be followed by immediate restriction from using the site for applying for any job opening. EnabledJobs reserves the right to determine violations at its reasonable discretion.
