    • Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver effective theoretical and practical lessons in the assigned subject area.
  • Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, practical exercises, tests, and examinations.
  • Conduct practical demonstrations and experiments where applicable.
  • Ensure students understand scientific concepts and can apply them to real-life situations.
  • Supervise the safe use, maintenance, and proper handling of laboratory, computer, workshop, and practical equipment.
  • Introduce students to relevant digital tools, coding, robotics, computer systems, or technical applications where applicable.
  • Assess students' academic and practical performance and provide appropriate feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.
  • Support students preparing for internal and external examinations.
  • Participate in departmental activities, school programmes, extracurricular activities, and practical projects.
  • Promote safety, discipline, innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving among students.

    • Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline, Education, or a closely related field.
  • B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.A. + PGDE is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' teaching experience.
  • Strong subject knowledge and practical teaching ability.
  • Good classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and engage students through hands-on learning.
  • Candidates with relevant technical, coding, robotics, computer hardware, or vocational skills will have an advantage.
  • Data Processing/Computer Science candidates with expertise in GSM repairs will have an added advantage.
  • Ability to use relevant educational technology and digital learning tools is desirable.
