Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients for the company's services and solutions.
• Facilitate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements and business needs.

• Follow up on client enquiries and ensure prompt response to requests and opportunities.

• Support the preparation and submission of quotations, proposals, tenders, and other client documentation.
• Assist in preparing presentations and conducting meetings with clients regarding company services. 
• Maintain an updated client database and business opportunity tracker.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, exhibitions, networking events, and client engagement activities.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales activities, opportunities, and business development progress.
• Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, policies, and ISO standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, or business development (oil and gas experience is an added advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is an added advantage.
