- - Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for pump, mechanical seal, and machine shop activities.
- - Coordinate quality inspection and verification activities throughout the repair, refurbishment, assembly, and testing processes.
- - Verify compliance of repair and maintenance activities with OEM specifications, ISO 9001 requirements, approved procedures, and Company standards.
- - Review repair, inspection, measurement, and test documentation for accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
- - Verify that inspection and testing activities are properly documented and supported by appropriate records and certifications.
- - Coordinate the identification, documentation, and resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- - Monitor corrective and preventive actions and follow up to ensure timely closure of identified quality issues.
- - Maintain accurate QA/QC records, inspection reports, test certificates, and certification logs.
- - Support and coordinate internal, client, and external quality audits, including preparation of required documentation.
- - Conduct quality checks on repaired and refurbished components to ensure conformity with specified requirements.
- - Provide technical guidance and coaching to shop technicians and supervisors on quality requirements, inspection procedures, and documentation standards.
- - Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, HSE, Operations, Warehouse, and other stakeholders on quality-related issues.
- - Identify recurring quality issues and support Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- - Ensure proper traceability of components, materials, inspection results, repair history, and test records.
- - Promote a strong quality culture across workshop operations and ensure adherence to approved quality procedures.

- - Experience in QA/QC within mechanical, rotating equipment, pump, mechanical seal, or machine shop repair environments.
- - Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, OEM standards, QA/QC procedures, inspection requirements, and test documentation.
- - Experience developing or working with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality control procedures.
- - Knowledge of NCR management, corrective actions, document control, traceability, and audit processes.
- - Ability to review and interpret technical drawings, inspection reports, repair documentation, and test certificates.
- - Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping and documentation discipline.
- - Good understanding of pump, mechanical seal, and rotating equipment repair and testing processes.
- - Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant QA/QC documentation or CMMS systems.
- - Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
