Key Responsibilities

TAG Energy is looking to hire an experienced Admin Associate for a marine oil and gas client in Onne FTZ

  1. Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
  2. Coordinate office activities, including meeting scheduling, office supplies, etc
  3. Oversee routine maintenance and other repairs.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail correspondence.
  5. Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  6. Assist with company registrations and other admin tasks as assigned.
  7. Schedule and update calendar appointments.
  8. Handle travel itinerary, hotel booking, and car hire.
  9. Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  10. Maintain the welcome desk with a professional appearance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. B.A/B.Sc in any relevant discipline.
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional environment preferred.
  3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  4. Attentive to detail.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing company.
  6. Ability to work with little or no supervision and work within a small team
  7. Ability to multitask.
  8. Must have prior experience with Microsoft Office
