Develop the HSE management system, safety case, and
emergency response plans for offshore operations.

Lead the Environmental Impact Assessment and all
environmental permits with NUPRC and the Federal Ministry of Environment.
•
Set contractor HSE standards and audit EPC, drilling, and marine contractors.
•
Own asset integrity: inspection, corrosion and
pressure-system management for wells and facilities.
•
Manage oil spill contingency, waste and flaring plans
in line with gas flare commercialisation rules.
•
Report HSE performance to the board and regulators.
