We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced O&M Contract Advisor to join our Lagos-based team. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of oil and gas operations, contract management, and commercial negotiations to ensure the successful execution of our service agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, interpret, and advise on the terms and conditions of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Provide expert guidance on contract amendments, variations, and claims management throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project teams, legal counsel, and commercial departments to develop and negotiate contract strategies.
- Monitor contract performance against deliverables, timelines, and budget, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements in all contract-related activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses on contract status, risks, and financial implications for senior management.
- Facilitate effective communication and understanding of contractual obligations between TAG Lines and its clients/partners.
- Support the tender process by reviewing and advising on the contractual aspects of bids and proposals.
