- - Develop, integrate, and optimize weekly and monthly maintenance work plans across pump, seal, machine, and valve shops.
- - Coordinate maintenance priorities with Operations and Maintenance teams, considering equipment criticality, operational requirements, resource availability, and work scope.
- - Develop detailed schedules covering manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and specialist resources required for planned activities.
- - Provide expert scheduling analysis and recommendations to improve work execution, productivity, and resource utilization.
- - Maintain, update, and validate the master planning calendar in JDE-E1/CMMS or equivalent systems.
- - Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, work backlogs, and execution bottlenecks.
- - Monitor planned versus actual work execution and adjust schedules based on changing operational priorities.
- - Ensure maintenance plans are properly sequenced to optimize shop capacity, turnaround time, and equipment availability.
- - Coordinate with Supervisors, Lead Technicians, Warehouse, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and Operations to ensure work is properly planned and ready for execution.
- - Track maintenance backlog and support effective work-order prioritization and scheduling.
- - Provide inputs for planning KPIs, performance reports, schedule adherence, backlog, and resource utilization metrics.
- - Identify trends and recommend improvements to maintenance planning and scheduling processes.

Requirements & Qualifications
- - Extensive experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, preferably within Oil & Gas, industrial maintenance, rotating equipment, valve maintenance, or repair workshop environments.
- - Expert knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, backlog management, resource loading, and work prioritization.
- - Advanced proficiency in JDE-E1, CMMS, ERP, or equivalent maintenance planning systems.
- - Strong understanding of pump, mechanical seal, valve, machine shop, and rotating equipment maintenance/repair activities is highly advantageous.
- - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess equipment criticality, resource requirements, schedule constraints, and maintenance priorities.
- - Proven ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and manage complex, integrated maintenance schedules.
- - Strong knowledge of maintenance KPIs, including schedule compliance, backlog, productivity, resource utilization, and work-order performance.
- - Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- - Ability to work effectively under changing priorities and operational demands.
- - Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
