About
the Platform
EnabledJobs is being built as
Nigeria's employment infrastructure for the underserved majority, not another
job board, but a structured matching and pipeline platform that connects
capable young Nigerians with employers who are serious about building workforce
capacity. Employer and candidate activity is already underway.
In a country where youth
unemployment is both a human crisis and a policy priority, EnabledJobs is
positioned to become essential infrastructure, the kind of platform that
governments, development funders, and serious employers want to be associated
with and invested in.
The Role
This is a build mandate. You will take a platform with early traction and develop it into something that works at scale: operationally sound, growing on both sides of the market, and credible to institutional funders. You will work directly with the principal, with real authority and a real brief.
Key
Responsibilities
–
Own
the operational performance of the EnabledJobs platform, candidate pipeline
quality, employer relationship management, matching effectiveness, and user
experience
–
Build
and maintain a growing portfolio of employer partnerships, with particular
focus on organisations committed to structured youth employment
–
Develop
the candidate pipeline: sourcing, screening, onboarding, and placement systems
that produce consistent, quality outcomes
–
Establish
the operational infrastructure of the platform, processes, systems, reporting
rhythms, so it functions independently of founder involvement
–
Identify
and pursue institutional partnership opportunities: development funders,
government programmes, and corporate partners
–
Track
platform metrics rigorously and use data to drive decisions about where to
focus growth efforts
–
Represent
EnabledJobs externally with employers, partners, and stakeholders, with the
credibility and confidence of someone who owns the platform
–
Work
with the principal to develop the scale capital narrative for institutional
fundraising

not improvised
