Job Title: CATI Supervisor
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Lagos & Ibadan (with occasional remote work requirements).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise interviewer teams during live CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) sessions, conducting multiple progress reviews daily to ensure operational efficiency and data quality.
- Monitor interview calls rigorously to ensure adherence to neutral tone, accurate question delivery, precise coding, and appropriate respondent handling protocols.
- Review call dispositions and manage callback scheduling to maximize data completeness and survey response rates.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to interviewers, focusing on effective probing techniques, refusal conversion strategies, maintaining optimal pace, and navigating difficult call scenarios.
- Promptly escalate any suspicious patterns in data collection, respondent complaints, or technical failures to management for swift resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all data privacy and ethical guidelines throughout the interviewing process.
- Contribute to interviewer training and onboarding, sharing best practices and reinforcing quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of team performance and provide regular reports to project management.
