Job Title: Finance & Administration Officer

Location: Lagos & Ibadan (with occasional remote work requirements).
Key Responsibilities:
- Track weekly and monthly spending against approved budget lines to ensure financial adherence.
- Manage interviewer payments, airtime disbursements, vendor invoices, and maintain comprehensive routine procurement records.
- Maintain accurate expense documentation and prepare insightful budget variance reports.
- Provide essential support for training programs, new employee onboarding, and manage simple administrative logistics.
- Prepare clear and concise basic financial summaries for management review and decision-making.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required to support the team's objectives.
- Contribute to the efficient functioning of the finance and administration department.
