Job Title: IT/CATI Systems Support Officer
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Lagos & Ibadan (with occasional remote work requirements).
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, configure, and maintain the CATI platform, including user accounts and questionnaire deployments.
- Provide timely and effective troubleshooting for a range of technical issues, including login problems, device malfunctions, synchronization failures, and platform errors.
- Support the secure export of data to the analysis team, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Maintain essential system components such as backup routines, access control records, and system logs.
- Assist with call recording administration as required and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Ensure the optimal performance and availability of IT systems supporting our data collection efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
